Delivery & Returns

It's never ideal when you need to return a product and we're sorry if that's where you have found yourself.

On this page you will find details of our returns policies and request forms for both 14-day Courtesy returns and Warranty returns.

14-day Courtesy Returns Process

Courtesy returns should be requested within 14 days of receipt of delivery. They are permitted for any reason as long as the unit is in the same condition as it was when sent to the customer.

 

  1. Customer completes Courtesy Return authorisation request form

  2. Request is authorised by Mind Body Goals and RMA number and return shipping label are sent to the customer email used for the original order.

  3. Customer packages the unit in the original box with all original accessories and instructions and suitable outer shipping carton so as to prevent any damage to the unit during shipping.

  4. Customer affixes return label to outer carton and writes RMA number clearly on outside of box.

  5. Customer sends product back to Mind Body Goals.

  6. Mind Body Goals receives the return unit and examines it to ensure it has been returned in good condition.

    1. Products that are returned in a condition that is not resalable will not be issued a refund and will be returned to the customer

  7. Mind Body Goals issues a refund to the customer minus a restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping.

    1. The restocking fee of £2.50 covers a replacement retail carton and the administration & labour costs.

    2. The return label cost is £6.60 at the time of writing though this may change as courier costs vary.

Warranty Claim Returns Process

Warranty returns should be requested within 12 months of receipt of delivery. They are permitted for defective units where the fault can be identified as being due to a manufacturing or part defect.

  1. Customer completes a Warranty Return authorisation request form.

  2. Request is authorised by Mind Body Goals and RMA number and return shipping label are sent to the customer email used for the original order.

  3. Customer packages the unit in the original box with all original accessories and instructions and suitable outer shipping carton so as to prevent any damage to the unit during shipping.

  4. Customer affixes return label to outer carton and writes RMA number clearly on outside of box.

  5. Customer sends product back to Mind Body Goals.

  6. Mind Body Goals receives the return unit and examines it to ensure the unit is not functioning correctly due to a manufacturing or part defect and not from customer misuse.

    1. Products that are found to be defective due to misuse will be returned to the customer.

  7. Mind Body Goals repairs the unit and returns it to the customer. Where repair is not possible or economical, Mind Body Goals may send a refurbished or new replacement unit.
